What natrelle inspira breast implant size and profile would be best for my body type and complexities: 46 years, 5'0", 115lbs, 12-12.5 bwd, previous breast reduction resulting in nipple asymmetry, 60lb weight loss, sailboat lift will be performed for sagging, dual plane placement. Surgeon is hands off about the profile saying both would work. Choosing between 310 or 330cc soft touch moderate and 335 or 345 soft touch full profile dual plane. Looking for perky but not heavily augmented and limiting the risk of sagging/hiding my waistline.

Implants alone will not solve your problem. Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and too lateral. You will need a revision of the breast lift with placement of the implants. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the volume required to achieve your desired goal.

The photos suggest a slim frame with limited breast volume and some asymmetry, but implant choice still depends on measurements, skin quality, nipple position, and how much lift is achieved during surgery.

Full profile implants can improve upper-pole fullness, but in a small frame they can also look more augmented and may place more tension on tissues that already have weight-loss and prior-reduction changes. If both profiles truly fit your base width, I would usually prioritize the implant that best fills the breast footprint without stretching the lift; your surgeon should confirm this with sizers and intraoperative assessment.
