Do I have ptosis? Is my hollow eyes a result from ptosis?

37 and my eyes need help! I can see fine, but is my hollow eyes a result from ptosis? Uploading pre hollowed eyes and now. What is your honest opinion? Thank you

The photo from 2020 is a great photo, but the rest of the photos are either while you squinting or smiling. You have to have exact same photo as the 2020. But if your eyes are not as open as 2020, you have mild ptosis of both eyes.

Looking at your pictures, there are several things that are adding to this appearance.   First of all, in your pic from 2020, your eyebrows were slightly higher.  The higher your eyebrow, the more open your whole eye appears.  The higher your brow, the less redundant skin and folds you will have in your upper lid.   I do not believe you have ptosis.  I do think in the 2020 pic, your were raising your brows, but you are not in the current pics.  This makes it tough to evaluate.  An easy test or correction would be to have a Chemical Brow Lift.   This just means getting a neurotoxin (Botox or Dysport...) injected in your frown lines between your brows and in the crows feet area of your lateral eye.   This allows your brow to elevate slightly.  But, do not let anyone inject your forehead as this will lower your brow and worsen the drooping
