Will ptosis surgery fix my concern? (Photo)

Hello! Thank you in advance for the comments/advice! I am a 24 year old male and am insecure about my eyes. My concern specifically is that my eyes seem to be lazy/ droopy . One eyelid droops more than the other especially when I am tired.I also seem to have excess upper eyelid skin. Overall I’d like to open my eyes and make them look more symmetrical. Would ptosis surgery (or other procedure) address my concern ? Thanks!!!!

You may also have a lateral canthal disinsertion. Most eye plastic surgeons you encounter are likely to offer you posterior approach ptosis. However, I suspect that you also need an anterior approach upper eyelid ptosis with an anchor blepharoplasty to control the upper eyelid fold. Do not let a well meaning surgeon remove your upper eyelid fold. That will be a terrible mistake. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. Do not accept a zoom call for this assessment. No one is that busy. Your eyes can be your best feature.
