I have developed ptosis in my left eye following, I believe, an upper blepharosplaty a year ago. I have seen 2 separate OC surgeons, one recommends Levator advancement, the other Mullerectomy (+ slight upper bleph of the other eye as still quite a bit of excedent skin). How do I know which of the 2 procedures is the right one for me? I also had lower bleph at the same time, as a consequence, have a slight retraction of the lower lid, Should this be fixed before ptosis surgery?
