Hi there! Great question. Botox can help to reduce flare though it isn't always successful. The muscles involved in flaring the nostrils can be tough to pinpoint. If the result is achieved, sometimes people with complain of nasal obstruction / blockage because the muscles are no longer "active" and able to dilate open the nasal passageways.
