I want that my jawline be the widdest part of my face.i want to have a side profile jawline like robert pattinson jaw and a front view jawline like josh hutcherson.do you think it is possible to me with jaw implants to have a jawline like these actors and what would you recomend for me to do?

Luccacanm, The only way you can create an appearance similar to the man you mentioned and in particular Hutcherson, is that you definitely need custom designed implants by the few chin and jaw line specialists who know how to do them. The other thing you definitely need to know is that between designing the implant, having them custom made, and putting them in your talking about very significant expense around at least 20-25k. Other wise you can have the largest commercial implants made that will give a very excellent and significant improvement to your chin and jaw. For nearly half the price. Once again it is extremely necessary to choose  an experienced surgeon who has performed these operations quite frequently and over a considerable period of time. Best, Dr. Terino

At 18, I would suggest not having the implants.  I use Radiesse on male patients to give them a great mandibular angle and jawline.  It works beautifully; takes approximately 10 minutes and the recovery is very fast!  The injection lasts approximately 1 year!
