I had lower eyelid surgery (skin drooping to upper cheek) still very bruised, but what is bothering me the most, is the goopy fluid (chemosis?) of my right eye. I used TobraDex ST for four days following surgery. Is this a common issue with lower eyelid surgery? Any suggestions?

It maybe scar tissue or residual tissue from the chalazion. You might have a small amount of cortizone injected into the "bump" to see if it will reduce or eliminate the bump. Sincerely,
