Tip of nose pointing up 6 months after my septoplasty - is this normal?

Had a septoplasty in November 2022. I know the tip of the nose can stay swollen for quite some time but is it normal for the tip of the nose to be pointing up at this stage in healing?

After a septoplasty, it's normal for the tip of the nose to be swollen, and this swelling can persist for several months after the procedure. It's also possible for the nose to appear slightly upturned or pointed in the early stages of healing, due to swelling or changes in the shape of the internal structures of the nose.
