To describe it simply it’s like if I put my finger in my right nostril and pushed it to the left so I can’t breathe from that side I can’t put my finger all the way in my left nostril because it is not straight on the inside What can I do ?

What could be done for your breathing difficulty? You don’t show any pictures, but from your description, it sounds like you might have a deviated septum. If that is the case there are multiple septoplasty type procedures to straighten a crooked septum and improve the airway. Which procedure would suit you in particular, would have to be determined by an in person consultation with either a plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon.
