Trouble breathing from one nostril and cartilage is crooked. What can I do to correct this?

To describe it simply it’s like if I put my finger in my right nostril and pushed it to the left so I can’t breathe from that side I can’t put my finger all the way in my left nostril because it is not straight on the inside What can I do ?

It appears that there is significant weakness or some deficiency of the cartilaginous septum. Pre-operative photos would be helpful. That being said, improvements can be made. Opening the septum and nasal tip to be able to reposition the cartilages appears necessary. You'll likely require a...
