A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. I recommend a lip lift with more taken laterally. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

In your photographs, you can see you nose is asymmetrical. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty at the same time of an upper lip lift. I would not be concerned about the width of your nose, that is not going to be a problem. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose...

Not an easy problem to solve! Based on these photos, you are not a candidate for lip lift. In some cases elective injection of filler may achieve good result, enlarging just lateral half of the lips; it may require some expertise that you did not have in your earlier attempts. Surgical...
