How can I improve the aspect of both my upper and lower lips? (photos)

Question

I am a 32yo female with genetically extremely thin lips (+ small mouth, long face & long noise). I've tried fillers and want a permanent solution to improve my face proportions. I have been told by 2 surgeons that lip lift was a good option, another told me that since my nose base is very narrow, the scar would be awful. Besides, some told me I could have a lipofilling on the lower lip, some do not recommend it due to the risks of asymetry. What is your advice?

In your photographs, you can see you nose is asymmetrical. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty at the same time of an upper lip lift. I would not be concerned about the width of your nose, that is not going to be a problem. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. In terms of your lower lip, you can consider fat transfer that creates a more permanent result.
