What causes this bump on side of nose as pictured & what could get rid of it? (Photos)

After rhinoplasty I developed same exact bump on only right side of my nose.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you will need some rib cartilage for reshaping your nose and please choose a surgeon who has lots of experience in revision field. S/he needs to listen to you before the surgery and understand your wishes about your nose....
