My breast width measured at 13.5 and the 350cc saline mentor moderate profile implants measure at 13.0. I'm hoping to have a natural but bigger appearance. I'm 5'5 125 pounds and currently a 34a.
Answer: Natural Breast Implant Augmentation It's always safe to stay under 400 cc when seeking a natural augmentation with implants. You likely will increase from an A to a C cup but this does vary from patient to patient.

Answer: Natural Results Hello,Natural is a term that can mean many things to many people. No one knows whether this particular implant will look natural to you. As was stated in your last post, size is the most important determinant, not profile, and BWD is not helpful. You will need to be examined so that the best implant can be determined of you. If you really want a 'natural' result, consider a smaller (250 cc? 275 cc?), moderate profile, silicone gel implant. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation I think that the range of about 350 mL should be good for achieving your size that you are looking for. In order to get the perfect size I use a sizer are in surgery so I don't have to pick a size but instead a range of sizes. I highly recommend that you get silicone instead of saving if you were looking for the most natural result.

Answer: Will 350cc moderate profile saline implants look natural on me? The interpretation of "natural looking" varies greatly from patient to patient and from surgeon to surgeon. The best cosmetic result in any particular breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: your individual anatomy, desired outcome, realistic expectations, a thorough discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing suit at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal implant. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest that your plastic surgeon be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, MD FACSLa Jolla, California
