Would wearing tight clothing or binders to conceal breast implants damage them?

Of course you can wrap them as tight as you want.  You couldn't possibly damage them.But it's a shame your implants are so large.  The idea with implant sizing is to make them fit the breast so that they straddle the difference between being able to make them look voluptuous with the right bra when you want, and to easily minimize them (without binding them) when you want to work out.If they really are too large you should consider removing them.  Large implants cause permanent damage that cannot be fixed: stretch, drooping, skin thinning, compression of breast tissue, and even distortion of the rib cage.The statement, "Everyone wishes they went larger" is absolutely false and patients who believed that can end up in your situation.I'm sorry you are having this problem.

Tight clothes won't damage your implants.  However, it is often loose clothes that hide breast implants better.  You can't really "compress" implants and make them look smaller.  

Hello,A compressive top will not hurt the implants. In fact, tight compressive bras are frequently prescribed for immediate use after surgery.  A goal of a modest result should be very satisfying and give you a very low risk of complications compared to national averages. Best of luck!
