When it comes to breast implants I do like big boobs (that fit my frame, not fake or over the top) but I don't want other people knowing or bringing any extra attention, I want this to be a secret but I also don't want to have to go smaller because of this. I was considering a binding bra/tank top to wear to kind of hide them a bit but could this be damaging or ineffective?
