I doubt this would be effective. First of all getting the material distributed evenly throughout and waiting for the effect could take several months, and it may not remove all the lipoma. For best results I remove lipomas up to 10 cm in diameter through a stall #11 blade stab incision with dissection and extrusion or PAL (power-assisted liposusction) to first debulk the bigger ones (over about 3.5 cm)
Thank you for sharing your question. Unfortunately none of these medications have a role in resolving or preventing lipomas. The only off-label medication currently entertained is Kybella for lipomas. Hope this helps.
