Fluid after Liposuction, will it leave on its own? (photos)

Ok, I went to the ER and had a CAT scan On my tummy and back just because. I wasn't in pain just wanted to check myself I was told bye the doctor I had air pockets and fluid in my tummy and that she not sure if I should still have fluid after a month and one week post op lipo but it's not fluid that we can see in other words it's not free fluid so I talk to my surgeon and he said that it will leave on its own is this true??
