Bra bulge 1 month after liposuction. Is it swelling? (Photo)

Thank you very much for your question, and the pictures.It is not uncommon to have significant swelling in the back following liposuction, and this can take months to fully resolve.  Since you are only 1 month out, I would anticipate that you still have some swelling that will settle.  Continue to follow with your surgeon, and wear your compression garment if one was provided or recommended.  Best of luck!

Thank you for your question and pictures. You are still quite early postop and it is normal after liposuction for there to be some initial swelling and inflammation of the tissue. Only after weeks-months will your final result be revealed. Follow up with your surgeon and discuss your concerns with him or her. Likely over time, things will improve.Best of luck!

Thank you for your question and photographs.  At a month out from liposuction, your body is likely still retaining additional fluid from surgery, as well as from returning to your previous level of activity.  I would recommend you allow at least 6 months to pass before assessing your results. This will allow enough time to have your body fully heal from surgery.  

I suggest you see an experienced hi definition body contouring specialist.  You may be swollen and need velashape/venus legacy RF treatments, massage and a better compression at this time.  It takes 3 months to really see the results in this area.  However, if the results are not what you would like, VASER hi def will be what you need for improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It's very normal to have the appearance that you're larger in the suctioned area in the first weeks and months after liposuction. Swelling occurs in any liposuction-treated area. This will gradually go away revealing your final result. Be patient and wear a compression garment as your surgeon indicated.

Hello and thanks for the pictures and question.  I usually tell my patients that results will not be evident until 6 weeks to 3 months.  And for some patients they will continue to see improvement in results up to 6 months.  So for now, keep in touch with your doctor, take care of yourself, do some light exercise and look forward to great results.Cheers and Best Wishes!!  Steven Camp MD   #HappyCamperMD 

It takes several weeks to months for all the swelling to subside after liposuction.  Wear your compression garment as instructed by your Plastic Surgeon.  Best to you!
