Can my nipples be erect all the time? (photo)

I’m a 30 year old married mother of two. Done having kids. I go braless all the time. I like the look when my nipples are hard/erect, but it seems mine mostly want to be more flat. I can make them erect with stimulation. But their default is more flat. Is there a procedure that can make my nipples more prominent or harder/more erect all the time? I just want them to look more excited all the time so I feel sexier in my clothes when I’m out. I’ve attached sone photos of my breasts as reference.

It is these ducts that are creating the inversion. It is likely that if you do anything that doesn't actually cut the ducts, you would have a high rate of failure. By far the easiest approach is to consider this surgery only after you are done with childbirth or you do not intend to breast-feed.

The medical terminology for these supranumerary nipples is polythelia.  The treatment is straight forward elliptical excision of these redundant nipples with primary closure, i.e. cut them up and sew them up.  The scars will be less obvious than the multiple nipples.
