Can I take left over Isotretinoin/Roaccutane pills to counteract a 2 month flare up on my chin?

I've had another flare up of cystic acne on my chin for 2 months now. I took a 3 month course of Isotretinoin (Roacutune) back in 2014 and I have a whole box of the medication left over. Would it be safe to start taking a short course again to counter act the flare up? It's so mild compared to the time before BUT this isn't going away on it's own! I'm living abroad temporarily and unsure of dermatologists here, plus I don't have the money for a consult. Would I be okay to take a small course?

females must be sure they are not pregnant before taking accutane.  otherwise it is safe.. the problem is that taking it for a month may not be enough and some people flare when they start.. I generally begin slowly with a lower dose and increase the dose as improvement is seen.. Some docs start higher.
