It could potentially help with your skin laxity concerns, but it might not completely address them. It is difficult to assess your situation without an in-person consultation. The stretch marks, they would not be affect or improved by Renuvion.

A different option you could consider is a procedure such as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) or a non-surgical BBL. These procedures aim to add volume to the buttocks area, which could also help to reduce the appearance of skin laxity. I purchased the Renuvion device early on when it became available for cosmetic purposes. I used it for about a year and literally saw no noticeable change or improvement in regards to skin tightening and neither did any of my patients.

You’re probably better off with topical treatments like radio frequency micro needling no I personally don’t have that much experience with that procedure.

Renuvion almost requires doing liposuction to create space for the cannula. The buttocks has an abundance of connective tissue making it technically difficult to do a Renuvion procedure without causing secondary damage.

Personally I would steer you away from that procedure.

Likewise, I would also be very careful with Liposuction since removing fat can further compromise skin laxity or loss of skin elasticities due to age.
