Can you get JPlasma lipo again on inner thighs to remove more fat & tighten area?

If you still have excess fat and tight enough skin, more liposuction can be done. Renuvion can still help in tightening the skin. However, in most women, repeat liposuction in the inner thighs must be very conservatively done. Sometimes, the thigh tuck is the best choice for more fat removal and tightening, but does leave long scars.

Secondary Liposuction typically delivers very little improvements on top of the primary procedure unless the first procedure was done without competence.

My personal first-hand experience with Renuvion was that it delivered no skin tightening whatsoever.

This was from first-hand experience using the device for one year. None of my patients felt it had any impact.

Inner thigh liposuction is technically difficult and often leads to results that are far less than patients had hoped for. Contour is highly dependent on skin laxity and skin laxity is common in this area.

Without pictures we can’t make an assessment but generally speaking what you describe is most likely not going to give great results.
