JPlasma and Liposuction on inner thighs to remove more fat? (Photo)

Question

Can I get JPlasma and liposuction again on my inner thigh area to remove more fat and to tighten the inner thigh area more? Or will it not work or make a difference, or cause loose skin, and/or make the inner thigh area look worse?

Based on your pictures, it's difficult to assess the degree of adiposity (fat) and skin quality (looseness, excess, and elasticity) of your inner thighs. 
In my practice, I perform high definition liposculpting with the assistance of VASER, and skin tightening with Renuvion J plamsa, on over 750 patients, with stellar results. Approximately 60% of those cases were revision liposculpting from other surgeons. The key to success is setting realistic expectations. 
If there is adiposity present, VASER lipo will help break down the scar tissue and remove the fat. If there is skin laxity (looseness), Renuvion J plasma will help tighten the skin by about 40-50%. If there is skin redundancy (excess), you will be better suited for skin excision.

You need an examination to see if fat should be removed. However, Renuvion can be helpful to help tighten your skin, even without liposuction.

Based on your post I’m assuming you’ve had previous inner thigh liposuction. The inner thigh typically delivers less impressive results than many patients at hoped for what it comes to Liposuction.   Skin laxity contributes significantly to the contour of this area and removing the fat does not improve the contour all that much.

Young women with tight skin are the best candidates for quality results.

Secondary procedures tend to deliver substantially less improvements than primary Liposuction.

My first hand experience using Renuvion (JPlasma) for a year showed no skin tightening that I noticed nor did any of my patients notice skin improvements. I’ve since gotten rid of the device because it failed to deliver.
