Bump on my bridge 2 years after septoplasty. What is this? (Photo)

I had a septoplasty just gone 2 years ago. Around a year ago I started to notice a bump on the left side of my nose. It’s on the bridge of my nose where it’s fairly straight and then there’s what feels like a slight dip on the left side of the nose followed by a big bump. Is this normal? Should I be worried? It’s making me concerned of the strength of my nose although my breathing is absolutely fine

Based on your photos you appear to have an indentation along the cartilage portion of your nasal bridge. Generally, there should not be a change in the appearance of someone's nose after septoplasty. It's also curious that you noticed this indentation one year after your surgery. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for permanently filling this indentation and for providing a smoother nasal appearance. I hope this helps!
