Psychiatrist Clearance Letter for Nose Surgeon - What Should I Expect?

My surgeon canceled my surgery because of health concerns such as BBD. He said that he will continue my surgery if I get a clearance letter from a psychrist stating that I am mentally stable to continue. I was wondering what to expect during psychtratic treatment and I’m worried if they might push the idea that I don’t need a nose job and to not do one. My therapist had done that to me and skipped over my insecurity with my nose which left me unheard. I really want to get a nose job, but I agree with the surgeon and that I should be mentally ready before getting one. I just really want to know if psychiatrists are open with your goal of wanting a nose job and is willing to help you to better your mental health, or if they might try to push you to not get one.
