What is the best thing i can do for my nose i mean what should I ask th get best results the distance Between my lips and nose is perfect for me i don’t Have any dorsal humps but I still feel my nose is super straight and sharp from the top

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Management of specific aesthetic features such as "sharpness" of the nose involves individual assessment of the precise area(s) of the nose causing that issue and their contour.  Correction of the problem may potentially be accomplished non-surgically (with filler), by minor office surgery (small cartilage graft(s) or alloplastic material), or by rhinoplasty.  Every treatment is associated with advantages and disadvantages.  Consultation in the office of a professional to consider these alternatives is recommended.
