i am thinking of getting under fat grafting and labia majora fat grafting together along with a minor rhinoplasty? The reason together is to avoid multiple general anesthesias. Might be the same surgeon. is this okay? thoughts/suggestions/considerations from surgeons please?. age:37, slim or thin built.

Combining a minor rhinoplasty with labia majora fat grafting under one anesthetic is generally reasonable, since they are different areas that do not interfere with one another, and avoiding two separate general anesthesias is a real benefit. The main considerations are the total operative time, having enough donor fat available for grafting (you are slim, so the surgeon should confirm there is sufficient fat), and using one accredited surgical facility with a team comfortable performing both.
