18, female - What procedure(s) can achieve a more defined jawline? (Photos)

I’m 18F, 5’3 and 100lbs. I’ve always been insecure about my chin/jaw area so I edited a photo to match my goal and also created an outline to better show what I want. I’m not sure what procedure or combination of procedures could produce this result so I would appreciate some guidance before I consult with surgeons.

Based on these photos, it does not look that chin augmentation with genioplasty vs chin implant would make any difference? In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial implants would help. Good luck.

It is very difficult to give advise about facial harmony without actually seeing the entire face, profiles, etc. based on this photo you seem to have actually small chin; chin augmentation should be discussed with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
