I prefer minimal scarring but I'm unsure if I have too much skin/tissue for peri. I'm 21, 172cm & 63kg with an 87cm bust, 81.5cm underbust, 18.5cm from sternal notch to nipple on both sides, 5cm from inframammary fold to nipple on the left / 6cm on the right

In order to reduce the over-all Breast Volume and obtain a completely flat chest, I would recommend the Double Incision Mastectomy. The Periareolar approach is also possible, but with a 50% reduction in volume in order to avoid leaving behind loose skin.
