Morpheus8 is a great treatment option for preventing fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, and even correcting skin texture/ scarring. Morpheus8 can also burn small amounts of fat helping to contour the cheeks and jawline. However, if volume loss is a concern I would recommend looking into the NeoGen treatment. This is a laser that helps rebuild your skin's natural collagen and elastin production from the inside out. This is a great treatment for addressing volume loss, skin laxity, pore size and helps give your skin an overall more even complexion. This is a great treatment for younger skin types if scarring/ texture are not as big of a concern.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I actually would recommend that you try traditional microneedling and possibly look into Botox for the upper brow area. I wouldn't recommend Morpheus8 for undereye. This will cause more fat loss overall. Typically for dark circles or undereye, we love PRP. Filler is an option, but it's super important to go to a licensed provider.

You will likely have the best results from a combination of treatments. Botox can help soften the appearance of lines and wrinkles while also providing a brow lift. Fillers can add volume lost by aging or weight loss. Morpheus8 is a great tool to improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Morpheus8 is an excellent procedure for non-invasive collagen restoration. it is highly customizable, allowing the provider to select multiple treatment depths and energy settings which can vary region to region on the face based on the goal and the thickness of the skin. It can also be used to selectively destroy fat cells IF desired- such as in the jowl region or double chin zone. Be very selective though regarding whom you have perform this service as it is highly 'operator dependent'- meaning that a very 'light' treatment can be delivered, or a heavy treatment, or everything in between. The settings used are going to be according to the experience, expertise and comfort level of the specific provider. Ask to see before and after images of clients treated by that provider, taking note of how many sessions they had and whether they had any other treatments done in the same time period. The amount of downtime will also vary depending on the treatment delivered- a lighter end treatment will likely produce not much more than a light sunburn-like redness for a few days, whereas a heavier treatment will be more likely to result in more noticeable and prolonged redness as well as swelling in certain regions. It can be used to treat delicate regions such as under the brow and under the eyebrow, for smoothing and tightening. As the skin gets healthier and thicker, under eye darkness tends to improve as well. A series of 3 sessions spaced 4 or more weeks apart is recommended for most clients (or more if the collagen loss is more advanced than yours), followed by 1 to 2 per year as a maintenance. Morpheus is not going to help you whatsoever. The reason for your presentation is strictly hereditary. Most likely your father has significant Halloween in the lower eyelid and cheek area. The upper eyelids may also be connected to your father, but not necessarily. The single best way to correct this problem is with fat grafting. As long as fat grafting is done by a plastic surgeon with a lot of experience, the results should be natural and practically permanent.
