Persistent grid marks after Morpheus (Photo)

I had Morpheus done in June 2024. However, I’ve had persistent chicken, skin and grid marks five months later. I have used vitamin C, tretinoin, SkinCeuticals Discoloration defense, Korean, skin care, niacinamide, and religiously have used sunscreen at least twice daily without missing a day. Not sure what else can be done to fix this. Thank You in advance for any advice
