Masseter atrophy - what are my treatment options? (Photo)

Last April my dermatologist suggested masseter botox because I noticed some heaviness in my lower face after turning 40 but not alot. She did 22.5 on each side and also did medial cheek filler. About a month later my face had shrunk and became so narrow I didn't recognize myself. I developed deep nasolabial folds and prejowls turned into full on jowls. After that the cheek filler started migrating down. 7 months later still narrow face but better i got neck tox and they hit masseters again
