Had my first round in 2021 LIPO and BBL already had a baby . I had a second baby 6 months ago and I’m looking to go for a second round do I need a tummy tuck or can I get a lipo 360 and have good results ?

Lipo 360 combined with a second-round BBL should effectively reshape your waist and restore your figure without the need for a tummy tuck; just ensure you’re weight-stable and finished breastfeeding. If an exam reveals true skin redundancy (such as a C-section “shelf”) or persistent diastasis, liposuction alone may accentuate laxity, and a tuck could be the only way to flatten the abdomen&mdash;so your choice should depend on the condition of your tissues. Schedule an in-person consultation with a board-certified surgeon to assess skin quality, diastasis, donor fat availability, and whether Lipo 360/BBL alone will achieve your goals.

Given your history and anatomy the answer to this question mostly depends on your specific desires. Another round of lipo will decrease the thickness of the available subcutaneous fat. Essentially this results in a smaller version of the current you. If your desire is to tighten skin and muscles, then a tummy tuck is the best option. The pros of lipo alone is that it can be performed under local anesthesia, the scars are small, and the recovery short. The cons of lipo in your case is that there is less fat available due to you already having lipo in the past, there is some looseness and decreased elasticity of your skin, and there is likely some laxity of your abdominal muscles. I recommend you consult with a few doctors in person and then make an informed decision.

Liposuction with morpheus/quantum should be just what you need to get good results and is easy to undergo. Be  sure to  get it  done under  local so your doc can stand you up and fine tune the results during the procedure for quality results.

Thank you for your question and photo. The photo is of limited view, but it does show a protruding abdomen. VASER liposuction 360 and a full tummy tuck will give you the best results. If you desire to have any more children, I would not do the tummy tuck.
