Can this be fixed? Will it heal on its own? Sudden lid notching after fotona smooth eye under eyes. Maybe it’s a coincidence? Can it heal on its own?

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then it’s going to be difficult to make an assessment. I think at this point your best course of action is to just give this time and not attempt as surgical correction.
