Can I match my healthy eye to the eye with ptosis? (Photo)

I like my eye that has ptosis, and I like the cat eye effect it gives my eye. I do not want to correct it. Is there any way that I can match my healthy eye to it? Not necessarily by damaging the muscle but by elongating and adding eyelid space?
