Asymmetrical eyes - what procedure would lift, round and make them more even? (Photo)

I have upper and lower eyelid asymmetry. One eyes is more open and also showing more sclera at the bottom. The other eye is a lifted rounded eye, which I prefer. Theres also some brow asymmetry which I’ve tried to fix with face massages and brow shaping What procedures would I need to lift my eye and make it more rounded and overall symmetry.
