Female, mid 30's. Possible Ptosis? (Photo)

Hello, I am in my mid 30s Female who noticed my left eye being droopy. I dont know if it is possible ptosis but I have noticed its been getting more droopy after having my son. At points, when I lift my eyelid, there is pressure releif by my nose and right temple. Is this a possible surgury and can my insurance possibily cover?
