My goal in coming from Fort Collins to McCracken Face and Eye I statute was to have the best surgeon repair my 'saggy eyelids, so I could see clearly while driving , especially at night and to be able to read more than fifteen minutes. Now I can see clearly now. I can drive at night, read for a few hours, and relearning not to raise my eye brows in order to see. A plus for customer service. Every member of Dr. McCracken's team were not only professional, they were personal and thorough in their explanations. I had some unusual conditions and factors that may have challenged most, Dr. McCracken and his team, knew how to adjust for my. Inquest issues, being that I tend to be the canary in the coal mind. Thank you Respectfully with love and hugs Your patient
From the time I called to make my initial appointment to the procedure and follow-up, the staff and Dr. McCracken were great. The procedure was clearly explained to me along with the results I could expect. Looking at before and after photos of other patients was also very helpful. The office is very friendly and I had no concerns or regrets that I had the procedure done. The results have been amazing! I have a much younger look and my confidence has been bolstered. I am very happy to have made this investment in myself. I would highly recommend Dr. McCracken for this and any other procedure you may be interested in having performed.
I was very unhappy with the bags under my eyes. Now I look in the mirror and what a difference it makes after Dr. McCracken did surgery to remove those baggies. I have received many compliments - due to Dr McCracken outstanding surgery that was performed which made me look younger. Thank you Dr. McCracken .
Incredible experience with Dr. McCracken and the entire staff. I was recommended by a friend who looks amazing after her visit with him. I had an upper blepharoplasty and mini brow lift. Recovery was easy and fast. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Dr. McCracken to anyone considering having eye work done.
Excellent Dr., could not be happier with my procedure. I have been going to Dr. McCracken for many years and would recommend him to anyone. Dr. McCracken's staff is excellent and extremely helpful and flexible.
Had my consultation with Dr. McCracken and staff. It was a thorough exam with questions and answers to all my questions and more. I’ve decided to schedule my lower Blepharoplasty procedure in the future this year when I can have time to rest and recoup.
Excellent staff and experience. Results were as good as promised. Surgery day was comforting and Dr McCracken’s style was professional and relaxing. Recovery was smooth and the follow up was excellent.
Was soooooo happy with the results! And it was an easy recovery as well . I’ve been recommending Dr. McCracken since!! I was awake throughout the procedure so it was done in office but it went fast and smooth and not any pain that I remember. Again , would recommend this to anyone that is wondering weather to get it done or not!
I recently had surgery for my droopy eyelids (blepharoplasty) done by Dr. McCracken. I have to say, I could not be happier! I am very pleased with the results and had no idea this procedure would make such a difference in the way I look and feel. I had never done anything like this before and feel he did such a great job of keeping my eyes looking natural while taking away some of the "droopiness". He and his staff are very professional and welcoming. It truly was just a great experience! Thank you Dr. McCracken!
Dermatologist recommended this Dr. even though I would have to wait a little longer. As it turns out the wait was well worth it. Very little scarring, no pain whatsoever. Staff was very helpful and didn't have to wait long.
It would be beneficial to examine you, but by just looking at your photos, I would estimate that you would need 750-1000 grafts.
This is a difficult question to answer. First of all, it would be helpful to know your age and the history of hair loss in the males of your family. The younger you are and the more hair loss in your family, the less likely you are to benefit long term from FUE. Secondly, it is important to know your goals. The feasability of an FUE procedure will depend in part on how low of a hair line you want and the density you are looking for.
FUE procedures are popular because they don't leave the linear scar of the FUT ("strip") procedure. However, there are small (usually about 1mm) circular scars where the grafts are taken. If the donor units are carefully selected and you have reasonable beard density, you could probably disguise the donor scars as long as you wear a beard. However, they would likely be visible if you were to shave your beard.
It would be helpful to examine you or at least see photos. Typically, sun damage does not effect the survival of FUE hair transplants.
You are doing the right thing by taking steps to slow the hair loss. Given the amount of loss that you have now, it is very difficult to predict how much loss you will have at the age of 30. One indicator may be the hair loss patterns of the men in your family (both maternal and paternal sides).
