Inner eyelid is wider than outer lid 2 years post op. Will this go down or should I consider a revision? (photo)

I had double eyelid surgery two years ago, but now my inner eyelid is wider than my outer eyelid. i am suspecting that too much skin was removed during epicanthoplasty, which i had with the double eyelid surgery. will this go down over time or will i need a revision?

A picture of both eyes and eyebrows would help because brow position always affects upper eyelid appearance. Your lateral brows look a bit low, in which case a lateral or temporal browlift may improve the show of the outer half of the upper eyelid.

It seems that there are some probs. First of all, as you mentioned, the frontal crease is high and asymmetry. So if you want to fix the line to make it lower and smooth then we have to do revision upper blepharoplasty + scar revision.Also, regarding to lower blepharoplasty, it seems to be opened alot, so we have to check your skin condition first.
