My right eyelid droops down compared to my left. It used to be a lot worse but about four months ago I had ptosis repair (under the eyelid) which improved and elevated my eyelid quite a bit but it's probably about as high as it will go. It feels like my right eyelid has a lot more fat or something than my left which prevents it been raised and shaped like my left. Also when I raise my eyelids it feels like there's more resistance in my right one.
