Hello, I got double eyelid surgery 6 months ago, and I didn’t get my desired results, as the crease was too low. Is it possible to redo the surgery with a higher crease? Will the scar from the previous surgery show?

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a higher and more defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. #drdonyoo

It seems that there are some probs. First of all, as you mentioned, the crease is too low and loosened. Also, there are mongolian folds so I would like to recommend revision surgery for full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. .
