Epicanthoplasty swelling still present after 2 years (Photo)

Question

i had epicanthoplasty 2 years ago but the inner eyelids are still swollen whereas for the outer eyelids, the swelling has gone done over a year ago. is this normal and still part of the healing process or will i need revision if i want even eyelids. the area near the corner of my eyes are obviously more swollen than my outer eyelids.

Surgery from two years ago is basically all healed.From the picture it looks like you have two options: lower the inner half or raise the outer half. I would recommend the latter.If you zoom out, you would have a more complete picture of your brow relationship to your upper eyelids. If your outer brows are too low, a lateral or temporal browlift may be the best option.

It seems that you have severe asymmetry eyelids and epi as well. I would like to recommend revision surgery for full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction + reconstructure epicanthoplasty. Also, the distance of your eyebrows and the eyes are too close, so if you want to have high crease then we also recommend FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE).
