Hi three years ago, I had a revision of lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. I regret it every day. I do not know what has changed but my eyes look smaller and done. Can this be fixed? Thank you!

In order to lower your eyelid crease, you absolutely cannot remove skin. You absolutely do need a second lower incision with wide release of the scar of the first higher incision, and even then the chances of the new lower incision becoming your crease are not fully guaranteed.
