Im a 24 yo female, 5'6" 130 lbs. No kids. I think it looks "gaped" and i also dont like how long /large my clitoral hood is. What do the experts think? Am i hyperanalyzing myself?

Your clitoral hood is long and protuberant. I assume you do not have clitoral enlargement, in which your clitoris sticks out a lot more when your aroused. The type of hood reduction depends on the anatomy and desires. I routinely remove the sides of the clitoral hood with a labia minora reduction if there is excess tissue. If the skin overlies the head or glans of the clitoris, that can be reduced. Since you have a very large, protuberant, long clitoral hood, I invented a procedure called a clitoropexy with a clitoral hood reduction. With this procedure, I lift up the clitoral hood skin, move the clitoris closer to the pubic bone, thin the tissues under the clitoral hood skin, and then remove a large amount of excess skin. This results in a dramatic decrease in the length, thickness, and protuberance of the clitoral hood, so that the hood is now within the labia majora when the woman stands. I have performed this procedure over 350 times with outstanding results. I have not published this technique so no one does it like me. If you have clitoris enlargement, you will need a clitoris reduction, which I can also perform.

Thank you for your question and the photo you provided. A clitoral hood reduction can be performed to remove the redundant skin on the clitoral hood. This procedure is usually tolerated well with local anesthesia and some oral sedation to relax the patient. You may also consider labia puffing to your labia majora to reduce the "gaping" you complain of.   Be sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Remember all vulvas are different and there are no two that look the same. You are normal. If you want to change some thing that is your decision. I can see what you are describing. The clitoral hood is large and you would benefit from clitoral hood contouring and the vaginal opening is gaping. All of your concerns can be addressed by consulting an experienced cosmetic gynecologist  or urogynecologist. Express your concerns and discuss what results you would like to achieve.

İ think the clitoral hood is little big really and vajinal width also looks a little wider which i can see from this picture . Because you are young and no vajinal delivery . You can have the look you want with clitoral hoodplasty+vajinoplasty and maybe a little bit labio majora filling. Best wishes

Aestheticaly, you have very nice and symmetric labia, but your hood is on the longer side and thick at the top. This could be reduced nicely to have it hide better between your majora.
As long as sex feels good and is pleasurable to you there is no need to address the slight gaping appearance. If you are bothered by looseness and/or your partners fall out then a vaginoplasty is something to consider, but only if it is sveere considerign that you haven't had kids yet. It's usually recommended to postpone a vaginoplasty till after childbearing, but there have been occassional exceptions.

Q: There are two questions:1. Is the vaginal outlet gapping? 
A: The attached picture shows that three fingers stretched the skin close to the vaginal outlet on the left side. Therefore, it is impossible to answer about vaginal gapping or not in this situation.
2. Is the clitoral hood long and wide? 
A: Yes, the clitoral hood is long and wide; and you are not exaggerating. Also, the photo depicts that the clitoral head (the clitoral glans) is also enlarged. A doctor who is experienced in the clinical evaluation should determine the “clitoral index” that will help in the decision-making process about the management of your clinical enlargement problem.”

2. If you like to improve your esthetic look, the following surgery can helpa) clitoral hoodoreduction; however, a surgeon can not utilize the hoodopexy (reshape the clitoral hood) – a procedure that reduces the length of the clitoral prepuce (the clitoral hood) and reattaches it to the anterior commissure without reconstructing the clitoral ligaments. Therefore, this operation will not help in an overall positive surgical outcome because there is not much room to move the prepuce up. Although Dr. Gary J Alter suggested that “clitoropexy” can help you. However, I do not see that clitoropexy (lifting up the clitoris) will be helpful in your case. I researched and published my observation in the peer-revied journals and abstracted and indexed in the PubMed (J Reprod Med 2013;58:149-152 and J Reprod Med 2015;60:178-182).
3. You may request clitoral reduction after the clitoral index determination and if you are symptoms-free, and if you have symptoms, particularly during sexual arousal, the operation can be done and expense covered by your health insurance. However, this surgery should be done by a surgeon who has an intimate anatomical knowledge of gross, topographic, and surgical anatomy. This type of surgery will provide you with the generally accepted size of the clitoral glance (length of 8 mm and width of 4 mm), and clitoral body (the length of 29 mm and the width of 9 mm).
