I suffer from pcos and fibrocystic breast. I rreally want a breast lift with implants but around a week sometines even 2 weeks before ny period my breast get big and swollen and lumpy and painful then afger my period it goes back to normal, will i be able to have lift and implants with this condition? Will it affeect how they turn out. If i got it done after my period woulld the chaanges in my breast affect the healing process
