Its is possible to have the same look of my 1st breast augmentation? (photos)

Im looking too exchange my 21 years old implants. They are 400 cc saline round over the muscle.I realy liked the look and shape of my 1 st surgery. After my 2 last pregnancies my breast got bigger and more saggy. I still love the look of my breast with the bra. Im looking if is possible to have the same round and fuller upper look (not into natural)?i will try to includ picture before my implant ,after (no lift) and now.
