Cisgender female seeking improvement in 3/4 view and heaviness above eyes. Would it behoove me to get a brow bone reduction, or should I just get a brow lift? Any other suggestions?

Yes, we can adjust your forehead to be more vertical and more like what you've drawn. However, it requires an incision on top of the head which would be visible with the short haircut you have shown in the photos.
