I am a 23 year old male and i feel like my brow bone that protrudes gives my forehead more of a slanted look which i do not like, it makes my forehead look shorter and less vertical. My question is, can i have it reduced and how much? what are the usual costs for this proceedure? I posted two pictures, one of which my forehead looks like now, and one which is the result i want

If you want nasofrontal angle to be deeper, like in the first picture, that can be achieved with rhinoplasty., by reducsing nasal and forehead bones. Significant reduction of brow bones (supraorbital rims) will need open approach, which means incision in the forehad, usually along hairline or higher. In same patients who have very thich eyebrows, incision can be made within eyebrow hair and reduction of bones accomplished. In person...

We do this often, and while I am not certain based on this short description that it is right for you, it is a safe and effective procedure. Fat grafting to the forehead is not recommended.
