I am a 23 year old male and i feel like my brow bone that protrudes gives my forehead more of a slanted look which i do not like, it makes my forehead look shorter and less vertical. My question is, can i have it reduced and how much? what are the usual costs for this proceedure? I posted two pictures, one of which my forehead looks like now, and one which is the result i want

Yes, we can adjust your forehead to be more vertical and more like what you've drawn. However, it requires an incision on top of the head which would be visible with the short haircut you have shown in the photos.
