Are there options to reduce the appearance of scars from brow bone reductions for individuals with a receding hair line?

As far as I’m aware, brow bone reduction typically leaves a scar. This is concealed in the hair line. For males with receding hair lines what are the options? The scar will be exposed. Would scar removal treatments be an option? Many thanks

We do this often, and while I am not certain based on this short description that it is right for you, it is a safe and effective procedure. Fat grafting to the forehead is not recommended.

We do a lot of these procedures. The bone above can be set back, but not completely. That's a good way to reduce the prominence there. I recommend that more than any kind of implant. Also, some hair grafts are an option to reduce the amount of visible scalp.
