Looking to lift my dropping nose. Define bridge and to make the width smaller.
Answer: Rhinoplasty candidate Based solely on the photos, and without having the opportunity to examine you, you appear to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty, but a history and physical exam would be necessary to be sure. Your nose lacks projection and has a downturned tip, and your bridge is a bit low. The bulbous tip could be made more feminine by trimming and rearranging the cartilage to create a more defined nasal tip, but one that would appear natural and would harmonize with your other facial features. I would increase your projection by using a strut that would also prevent the tip from drooping. The bridge is hard to assess in the photos, and I withhold comment on it for this reason. I recommend you consult in person with board certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience with rhinoplasty surgery to discuss your concerns.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Based on your photos, it does appear that refining the tip of your nose and creating more height and projection to the bridge of your nose will make a nice change to your overall appearance. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your nose, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

Answer: Am I a good candidate for rhinoplasty? Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an examination and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique. Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on very limited photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, M.D., FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: If you want why not? Hi, you need a higher bridge for your nose, and we can solve this problem with open technique rhinoplasty but maybe we need more cartilage for defining the bridge of your nose and if there is not enough cartilage in the middle wall of your nose we can take it from your rib cartilage. And also we could make your nose thinner with alarplasty prosedures in the nose job operation
