I stopped smoking 5 days before surgery. Should I be concerned?

So I have a breast lift and implants. I quit smoking 5 days before my surgery. I am not a heavy smoker I only use e cigarettes but I only used it a few times a day. Should I be concerned?

I, personally, would not perform a lift with an 800 cc implant. The risk of complication is too high and I am unwilling to put my patients at undue risk.
